The Elementary School

Kindergarten, First Grade, Second Grade, and Third Grade

The Elementary Program is a dynamic, progressive and innovative program for 5- to 10-year olds who are ready for a challenging active learning experience. Fluid groupings allow for highly individualized instruction. The low student:teacher ratio allows teachers to really get to know the interests and needs of each student. Ample time is set aside for creative classes in digital learning, art, dramatics, music, movement, and physical education. All the students in The Elementary School have two or more opportunities per year to participate in age-appropriate staged musical productions!

The Elementary School is one of the best parts of Sundance! There is a self-contained unit of kindergarten and first grade that allows children to thrive, and a combined second and third grade where children grow and learn together. Words cannot describe the quality and exuberance of the reading, math and art programs. If your child does not have this experience, they are missing out.
